Dear Valued Patients,

As we continue to monitor updates with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), our local city government and local health departments regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) please be aware that physical therapy services has been identified by the Department of Homeland Security on March 19, 2020 to be an Essential Critical Infrastructure.

For those established patients with current Plan of Care; we can offer you an alternative appointment option via Telehealth based on your insurance coverage.

What is an Telehealth?

  • Telehealth is the delivery of rehabilitation via a computer or other mobile device using the internet with your physical therapist.
  • Appointment will be scheduled with your therapist via Microsoft TEAMS application.
  • Telehealth will allow you to stay actively involved in your plan of care; in order to obtain optimal results with the rehabilitation your physician has ordered.

Should you be interested in this type of appointment, please discuss with your therapist and our front office staff.
