I was referred to El Paso Physical Therapy Services by my neurologist. I had been having migraines almost daily for 3 months. My migraines were being triggered by occipital neuralgia, a nerve condition in my neck. Heat, massage, exercise, and physical therapy help with this condition.

Making an appointment with EPPTS was simple. I got a call from the office quickly after they received my referral. They worked with my schedule to get regular twice weekly sessions.

The front desk people are friendly and inviting. The space is clean and always at a comfortable temperature. They play very upbeat and motivating music. This was helpful because the exercises are very challenging, at first.

Ruben, the PT at EPTS started out by asking me intake questions about my pain, activity, history, etc. He began my treatment on the first visit. We did some strength exercises.

For most of the exercises, I did not need special equipment. I used a towel, wall, or just my hands. A lot of the exercises we did could easily be done at home, which I liked because this meant I could benefit from the therapy even when I wasn’t at the EPTS office.

Ruben used a variety of techniques to help with my pain. My sessions always started out with heat therapy that was very relaxing. After my exercises, we would end the session with massage, cold laser, or dry needle therapy.

I went from having 5+ migraines per week to having 1 or 2 migraines per month. My neck pain is so much better. I even have more energy. It’s amazing how different you feel without chronic pain.

I am so grateful to Ruben, PT and staff for all the care they provided. I came in unable to move to or do anything. I walked out almost pain free and moving. Big shout out to this amazing therapy service. Highly recommend!

If you are in need of physical therapy, I highly recommend El Paso Physical Therapy Services. The staff is very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. They helped me with my shoulder pain. They always made me feel welcome.

I went to El Paso Physical Therapy services for two issues i was having. My back and knee. The therapy I did was geared especially for me and not overwhelming. The techs were patient and kind, working with me every step of the way. Everyone is very friendly and upbeat (music keeps you moving). I highly recommend EPPTS, cannot say enough good things about them. I especially like that they address you by name, starting with the nice ladies at the front desk. Unequivocally the best Physical Therapy treatment I’ve ever received. The team is so professional, helpful, attentive and affable. It’s a small area but this is the epitome of doing more with less, the care I received from day one has exceeded my expectations. They treat you like a patient but make you feel like family… they genuinely care about your recovery and address you by name. Can’t express the trust I have in each of them with my shoulder rehabilitation.

I’ve had a very good experience from the time I started my initial evaluation to finish. The Physical Therapists really know what they’re doing, constantly checking on me and making sure we’re not adding to to current injuries.
