Co-Owner and Executive Board Member of El Paso Physical Therapy Services since 1993. Rudy is a 1990 graduate of the University of Louisville, School of Allied Health Professions. Clinical practice includes general orthopedics, hand/upper extremity injuries, sports medicine, and achieved certification as Exercise Expert for Aging Adults (CEEAA), as it relates to gait/balance/strength and analysis/correction of functional requirements for community dwelling aging adults. Rudy is a member of the Texas and American Physical Therapy Associations.

Juvenal Olivares has had a lifelong passion for sports and physical activity. Juvenal earned his Associates Physical Therapy from Western Technical College. Upon completion of school, he found a passion for working with children with special needs and worked for one year in the Pediatric Physical Therapy setting. Juvenal earned his Dry Needling Level 1 certification through the Institute for Athlete Regeneration (IAR).
Juvenal enjoys working with patients of all ages and backgrounds to help improve their health and bring them above and beyond their expectations. He enjoys using manual therapy techniques as well as thinking outside the box with every session. He is a firm believer in the healing powers of a positive attitude and hard work and enjoys making therapy a fun and happy environment for optimal recovery.
In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, working out, and exploring new local restaurants with his wife.

Dedicated to helping others improve their mobility and quality of life, Juan brings compassion and skill to every patient interaction. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys listening to music and collecting video games, blending a love for both art and technology in his personal life.

Adrian Llañez earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from The University of Texas at El Paso. Prior to that, Adrian obtained his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from New Mexico State University.
Adrian is most interested in treating orthopedics, neuromuscular, sports, and chronic pain.
In his free time, Adrian enjoys coaching, working out, and cooking.

Cristian earned his degree of Applied Sciences from Western Technical College, where he was also awarded his license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant, meanwhile his time there he was Class President, class of 2025. Prior to that Cristian obtained his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at El Paso class of 2016.
Cristian is interested in orthopedics, neuromuscular, sports and manual therapy.
In his free time, he enjoys working out, watching movies and spending quality time with his loved ones.

Joined EPPTS in 1999 and is a 1999 graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso Physical Therapy Program Amanda is certified by the McKenzie Institution in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy Parts A & B (Lumbar, Cervical, and Thoracic Spine). She is also certified as a Kinesio Taping Practitioner by the Kinesio Taping Association. Amanda has published research in the International Journal of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, 2009. She is part of the Work Conditioning Development Team and generates Performance Improvement Reports to help maintain CARF accreditation. Her areas of interest include orthopedics, sports injuries, manual therapy, work conditioning, and neurorehabilitation. Amanda is a member of the Texas and American Physical Therapy Associations.

Kevin received his Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences with a Minor in Chemistry from The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). Following UTEP, he graduated from Franklin Pierce University with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree (DPT). His areas of interest include orthopedics, geriatrics, and manual therapy.

Karen Acosta-Rojas obtained Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) from Western Technical College. Obtaining her double Bachelors in Health Promotion and Exercise Science in Kinesiology from University of Texas in El Paso. In her free time Karen enjoys crafting, drawing and reading.

Physical TherapistHannah Tobler earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Cincinnati. Prior to that, Hannah obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Northern Kentucky University.
Hannah is passionate about helping individuals regain function, restore mobility, and return to the activities they love. Inspired by her own love of running and exercise, she understands firsthand the importance of movement in maintaining a healthy, fulfilling lifestyle.
Her approach to therapy combines clinical expertise with genuine care, focusing on personalized treatment plans that empower patients to build strength, confidence, and independence. She is deeply committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others and finds purpose in supporting each patient’s journey toward recovery and long-term wellness.

Valerie received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology-Exercise Science with a minor in Biology from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). She furthered her education at UTEP, receiving her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree in 2021. Her physical therapy interests are orthopedics and geriatrics.
