					I was referred to El Paso Physical Therapy Services by my neurologist. I had been having migraines almost daily for 3 months. My migraines were being triggered by occipital neuralgia, a nerve condition in my neck. Heat, massage, exercise, and physical therapy help with this condition.



Making an appointment with EPPTS was simple. I got a call from the office quickly after they received my referral. They worked with my schedule to get regular twice weekly sessions.



The front desk people are friendly and inviting. The space is clean and always at a comfortable temperature. They play very upbeat and motivating music. This was helpful because the exercises are very challenging, at first.



Ruben, the PT at EPTS started out by asking me intake questions about my pain, activity, history, etc. He began my treatment on the first visit. We did some strength exercises.



For most of the exercises, I did not need special equipment. I used a towel, wall, or just my hands. A lot of the exercises we did could easily be done at home, which I liked because this meant I could benefit from the therapy even when I wasn’t at the EPTS office.



Ruben used a variety of techniques to help with my pain. My sessions always started out with heat therapy that was very relaxing. After my exercises, we would end the session with massage, cold laser, or dry needle therapy.



I went from having 5+ migraines per week to having 1 or 2 migraines per month. My neck pain is so much better. I even have more energy. It’s amazing how different you feel without chronic pain.

					We absolutely loved the staff and services at El Paso Physical Therapy. My 7 yo son did not want to go to therapy when we started and he was actually sad when we had our last visit today. He loved working with everyone there and they were so kind and accommodating and really knew what they were doing. He has improved amazingly and we will miss our Monday/Wednesday appointments. If you are looking for a PT on the west side this is the place to go!!  They are a amazing and we cannot thank them enough!

					I've had such an awesome experience with El Paso Physical therapy services at Cimarron. Ruben and his staff have been excellent. My back pain was diagnosed and treated professionally and in a friendly manner. The facility was clean and well kept. New equipment! Part of my treatment was acupuncture, which I was initially hesitant about, but Ruben put me at ease with the treatments. Six weeks later I'm pain free!
